What are the basic details about the conference?
The 2012 ACCS Annual Conference, A World of Opportunity, will be held on March 14, 15 and 16, 2012 at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlottesville, VA. The conference starts on Wednesday morning, March 14, and ends with lunch on Friday, March 16. Conference registration is $125 for the full conference, $100 for 2 days or $50 for one day. After March 1st, the costs will increase to $135, $110 and $60 respectively. Registration
will open the first week in November.
Is there a conference hotel?
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlottesville, VA (434-973-2121) at the nightly rate of $113 plus tax (2 Double Beds Nonsmoking or 1 King Bed Nonsmoking). The special room rate will be available until March 5, 2012 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Reserve your room now.

Call for proposals is now closed. In addition to the opportunity to share with your peers, if your proposal is accepted, there is no cost for attending on the day of your presentation. Additionally, if you submit your proposal by December 20th , the entire 3-day registration fee is waived.
