IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTE
If you are planning to use a Presenter, Vendor, or CIO Registration credit, please have that credit code BEFORE REGISTERING. We will be unable to credit your account if you register without your credit code.
If you register by March 4th, the cost will be $125 for the full conference, $100 for 2 days or $50 for one day. Starting March 5th, the costs will increase to $135, $110 and $60 respectively. Remember that your registration covers all sessions, breakfasts, lunches, breaks and receptions/events for the day(s) you register. And remember too, that one of the perks of being a presenter is that your cost for attendance is reduced or – for the first time this year – completely covered!
Hotel Information
Note: Due to an outstanding demand for rooms at this year’s conference, we’ve sold out not only our original block at the DoubleTree, but 4 additional increases as well! There are a couple of rooms left for Tuesday and Thursday, but none for Wednesday. If you need a room for Tuesday or Thursday, please use ACC code when booking at the DoubleTree.
If you still need overnight accommodations you may want to check the Hampton Inn at 2035 India Road, Charlottesville; their number is 434-978-7888 and are located near our conference hotel, the DoubleTree. In checking their website, they currently have rooms for $114.00 plus tax. We are not able to do a specific block at this hotel.

While they last, nightly Block Room Rates at the DoubleTree are $113.00, plus tax (2 Double Beds Nonsmoking or 1 King Bed Nonsmoking). As mentioned above, only a few remain.
